La Grande Choucroute Royale is a popular dish served in Brasseries all throughout Europe. Originally a peasant dish, it has been elevated over the years and it is now a dish cooked for celebrations and eminently suited to winter holidays.
Executive Chef, Billy Hannigan, has created his version of the La Grande Choucroute Royale with aged pork cutlet, smoked pork hock, Morteau Sausage, Strasbourg sausage, Sauerkraut, potatoes and green velvet lettuce. Best enjoyed alongside a glass of chilled Riesling, this dish is $80pp and is available on Sunday’s only.
