Enjoy Australia’s finest Wagyu at our one-night only event with Westholme Wagyu Supper Club
On Wednesday 22nd of November, we will be hosting a dinner in partnership with Westholme Wagyu as part of their Supper Club series. This one-night only event features a choice of premium Wagyu cuts, which highlights the quality of Westholme Wagyu in bespoke menu items created by Head Chef Billy Hannigan.
At this dinner a decadent three course menu awaits you, with dishes such as steak and anchovy tartare, Ravioli of short rib and smoked potato butter and Le Charles Grand Wellington with Sauce bordelaise. Finish your meal with a delicious mille-feuille designed by our Head Pastry Chef Rhiann Mead.
This menu is $150pp and includes both individual and shared wagyu dishes to highlight the deep, complex flavour of Australia Wagyu.
