The Charles Grand Brasserie and sister restaurant, Loulou Bistro, Boulangerie & Traiteur, have joined forces to create limited edition luxury Christmas Bonbons.
Our Bonbons are filled with four handmade petit fours made exclusively for Christmas.
Hazelnut praline, milk and dark chocolate, and roasted hazelnuts all coated in crispy feuilletine then individually dipped in tempered nutty milk chocolate.
Passionfruit caramel lollipop:
Fudgy passionfruit caramel dipped in Valrhona Dulcey white chocolate.
Cherry & raspberry marshmallow tea cake:
A cherry and raspberry compote-filled marshmallow on a shortbread biscuit that’s then coated in ruby chocolate.
Gingerbread bon bon:
Taking two days to make, this gingerbread-infused ganache made with milk and dark chocolate and cast in dark chocolate.
Buy Three Bonbons for $45, additional Bonbons can be purchased at $18ea. They are available to order online from 15 November and to pick up from 8 December until the 22 December.
