This winter, warm up inside The Charles with executive chef Billy Hannigan’s interpretation of Bouillabaisse.

Elevating traditional flavours with a modern twist, our Bouillabaisse showcases the finest locally sourced seafood, including Dory fillets poached in the soup, mussels, tiger prawns and octopus complemented with a healthy amount of boiled potatoes. The soup is then served tableside with a side of Rouille and freshly sliced baguette.

Our Bouillabaisse is priced at $130 and is suitable for two guests. For each additional guest, the Bouillabaisse is priced at $65pp. This offer is available for all seating’s during the month of May as part of AMEX Delicious Month Out.
