The truffle season has arrived, you are invited to indulge in our three-course truffle inspired degustation menu showcasing premium truffles from The Truffle Farm. 

For one night only, Executive Chef Billy Hannigan and Head Pastry Chef Rhiann Mead at The Charles will be teaming up with truffle expert Jayson Mesman and chef Kandy Kim to create dishes that tantalize your taste buds and transport you on a journey of culinary delight.   

The truffle dinner is priced at $175pp and includes 3 courses and canapes on arrival, optional wine pairing also available.

As truffle season unfolds, The Charles pastry team has whipped up a seasonal honey cake special, which is available throughout winter.    

With a rich, earthy & unique flavour profile, Australian truffles are a delicious addition to our much-loved Russian honey cake.  

Layers upon layers of honey goodness with silky-smooth truffle & dulce de leche cream filling in between, this special is simply irresistible.  

The truffle honey cake is $25 per slice and $180 for the whole cake.
