The truffle season has arrived, you are invited to indulge in our three-course truffle inspired degustation menu showcasing premium truffles from The Truffle Farm. 

For one night only, Executive Chef Billy Hannigan and Head Pastry Chef Rhiann Mead at The Charles will be teaming up with truffle expert Jayson Mesman and chef Kandy Kim to create dishes that tantalize your taste buds and transport you on a journey of culinary delight.   

The truffle dinner is priced at $175pp and includes 3 courses and canapes on arrival, optional wine pairing also available.
