From first Saturday of September, we will be dishing up King Salmon and Lobster en Croûte!
Made with King Salmon dusted in parsley and tarragon on a bed of creamed spinach, topped with a delicate blend of chopped lobster, salmon belly and lemon zest, wrapped in pastry, and baked to crunchy perfection.
For $65 per person, this is a true showstopper for an elegant Saturday meal.
