Valentine’s Chocolate Heart, by The Charles 

Remember those sweet candy hearts that spoke volumes in just a few words? Our Head of Pastry, Rhiann Mead, continues her signature reimagining of this classic tradition with the Chocolate Hearts, back again for Valentine’s Day. 

Each Valentine’s Chocolate Heart is crafted with premium Valrhona chocolate and filled with your choice of either hazelnut praline or salted caramel. Each is complete with a note of love baked on top – choose your special message from “Love You,” “Be Mine,” “BFF,” or “XOXO.” While you can’t choose the colour, each heart comes in a combination of pink, yellow, blue, green, or purple. 

Each Valentine’s Chocolate Heart is handmade, with a 72-hour turnaround. Pre-order and collect yours from The Charles in Sydney’s CBD from Monday 10th to Saturday 15th February. Pre-orders must be made and cut-off dates apply. 

Dining at an Etymon venue for Valentine’s Dinner? You can pre-order a “Love You” heart with your dinner booking at any of our restaurants across the group when making your reservation (don’t miss the cut off for this is – Tuesday 11th February at 5pm. )
