The Charles Dessert Trolley gets nostalgic for Broadsheet Dine Out

Head Pastry Chef Rhiann Mead is transforming our iconic dessert cart into a wheeled time machine of reimagined childhood classics in partnership with Broadsheet Dine Out. With Sydney’s best dining options all firing during Dine Out, this is your chance to skip straight to dessert – we’re bringing out the big guns with mini wagon wheels, neenish tarts, Battenberg cake and iced vovo tarts. 

Never bookable before, we’re opening cheeky 8:30pm dessert-only slots – because sometimes being an adult means having cake for dinner and calling it cultural research.
