We’re offering multiple ways to make your Mum’s Day special, from a unique Morning Tea menu and experience, to our signature Afternoon Tea, and a very special three-course lunch and dinner menu.
Morning Tea | $79 per person
10am – 11:30am
A curated experience by Head Pastry Chef Rhiann Mead, featuring smoked salmon crumpets, baked feta, pork & truffle sausage rolls, and artisanal sweets, unlimited tea and coffee. Champagne, cocktails, and more available on the morning.
Lunch & Dinner | $115 per person
Lunch: 12pm – 2:30pm | Dinner: 5pm – 9:30pm
Celebrate with our elegant full lunch and dinner dining option featuring Executive Chef Billy Hannigan’s special three-course menu. Highlights include Tuna Crudo, Spanner Crab Trottole, Rangers Valley Sirloin MB4, and Rhubarb & Custard Roulade.

Afternoon Tea | $79 per person
3pm – 5pm
Our classic The Charles’ afternoon tea service – the perfect indulgence for Mum. Enjoy an elegant selection of savoury bites and sweet treats from our dessert trolley, served in our sophisticated Sydney CBD setting. Our hint: take her shopping first and then join us at this afternoon tea a special occasion she’ll cherish.
