Experience these seasonal creations as part of our Christmas Afternoon Tea, or savour them à la carte in-venue throughout December. Select favourites are also available to pre-order online, perfect for bringing a taste of The Charles home.

New Year’s Eve Dinner: Bookings now available

A Place Where the Year Ends in Style.

This New Year’s Eve, both our Brasserie and Bar will be open from 5pm ‘til late, inviting you to dine, sip, and celebrate as only The Charles can.

In the Brasserie, we will be serving our à la carte menu – where you can join us for an early dinner before the fireworks or a long, luxurious evening that lingers past midnight. At the Bar, the evening will be filled with expertly made cocktails, fine wines, and that unmistakable Charles sparkle – the perfect spot to gather friends, share a glass of Champagne, and toast to the year ahead.
