Our prix fixe menu opens with The Charles’ signature focaccia and cultured butter, before your choice of ocean trout with brown butter, capers and watercress, or Angus rump cap with sauce au poivre served with salad and fries for the table. Finished with our famous Russian honey cake. Three courses, no deliberation. Just the pleasure of a proper brasserie meal. An easy choice for lunch, or a relaxed start to your evening.
This menu can be enjoyed Monday to Friday in the Brasserie only. Bookings are strongly recommended.
